Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes under Solicitation No. VA-786-05-RQ-0018 for the following supplies: Contractor shall provide 1650 blank marble columbarium niche covers, F.O.B. Destination to Dallas-Ft. Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211. First article testing may be required. Delivery of Niche covers will be required within 30 days of Government approval of the first article. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 327991 and a size standard of 500 employees are applicable to this acquisition. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote. Solicitations may be obtained via download from the world wide web on or about July 1, 2005 at FedBizOpps (www.FedBizOpps.gov). Requests for hard copies of the solicitation must be in writing to U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, Centralized Contracting Division (41D3A), 5105 Russell Road, Quantico, VA 22134-3903. Reference solicitation number VA-786-05-RQ-0018 on your request. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via the ordinary mails on or about July 1, 2005. Amendments to the solicitation, if any, will also be available FedBizOpps. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining amendments. See Note No 1.
