Description
The Joint Contracting Command ? Iraq (JCC-I) Oil Sector intends to procure well work-over construction services in support of the Iraq Project and Contracting Office. These services require the contractor to increase oil production in the North and South Rumaila oil fields in southern Iraq by reducing water production from about 30 oil wells. The projected period of performance is nine months. The United States Government does not intend to indemnify the successful offeror. This is a full and open, best value procurement where the government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest offeror. JCC-I intends to award a cost plus fixed fee type construction contract.
