Description: Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct fences and removal of barbed wire fences. The construction of the fence on this project is intended to minimize contact with the ground during the wet season by humans, equipment, etc; thereby reducing the threat of spreading the soil borne diseases that kill the rare plants located in the ACEC. The contractor will need to make every effort to conduct construction practices in a workmanlike manner that considers the sensitivities associated with the ACEC.
