Description

Description of Work: The work of this contract consists of improvements to the BLM Rock Springs Fire Garage. The contractor shall provide all equipment, supplies, materials and labor to complete the work described in the statement of work. Location: Work under this purchase order is located in Rock Springs, Wyoming. The warehouse is located to the east end of the BLM Rock Springs Field Office, 280 HWY. 191 N., Rock Springs, Wyoming. The work location is shown on the drawings. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a 100% emerging small business set-aside. A performance period of 120 calendar days. With an estimated start date on or about 08/01/05. Solicitation to be issued 27 June 2005. Payment protection is required in the amount of 100% of quote. There will be only one site visit for this project. Refer to solicitation for date and time.
