Description

The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed-price contract for the manufacture and delivery of K-rail concrete barriers (reference "Standard Plans for construction of Local Streets and Roads" Temporary Railing (Type K), Plan No. T3). (200) Two hundred - 10-foot K-Rail Barriers: Standard picking holes and forklift slots omitted; (2) Two - 3-inch diameter PVC pipes cast in vertically thru out the entire height equally spaced (3'-4"); Bottom surface is to be cast with a flat bottom (omit V-notch). The K-rails will be delivered to the Bureau of Reclamation, Prosser Creek Dam, Truckee, CA. The NAICS Code is: 337390. This procurement is set-aside for Small Business concerns only. Solicitation 05SQ204057 will be posted to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about June 29, 2005. The date for receipt of quotes is July 13, 2005. The solicitation must be downloaded at the above website, no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award.
