Description

The following is clarification regarding financial statements to be submitted as part of the Qualification Statement under this solicitation: The term "financial statement" is defined as the data which includes both an independent CPA prepared Balance Sheet and a CPA prepared Income Statement OR an audited Income Statement and a audited Balance Sheet covering each of the offeror's immediate past two fiscal years. Additionally, if a contractor submits a Contractor's Interim Financial Statement, the Statement must be certified by either a company officer as to accuracy and veracity or by an opinion statement on the fairness of the presentation after review by independent auditors. An "Independent CPA" shall mean a Certified Public Accountant who is in good standing with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in the state(s) in which the CPA is licensed; is not employed by your company or any affiliated company; and conforms to the standards of the profession, as contained in the Code of Professional Ethics of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
