Description: The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to inform potential offerors of the upcoming solicitation for USAID/Iraq Roadway and Car Park Area construction. The incumbent contractor will construct concrete roadways for the main entrance and service road, and a shaded parking area for USAID vehicles. The three sections are located in separate locations within the USAID compound in the international zone-Baghdad. NOTE: A full solicitation with a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) will be posted on www.fbo.gov on July 06, 2005.
