- The purpose of this contract is to reconstruct the running surface of 1.49 miles of Forest Development Road including mobilization, clearing and grubbing, furnishing and placing crushed and pit run aggregate and road reconditioning. The project area is located on the Yakutat road system, Southeast Alaska. The Yakutat road system is accessible only via marine or commercial air transportation. The estimated price range for this acquisition is $100,000 - $250,000. The performance period is 60 calendar days. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps website on or about July 12, 2005 for viewing and printing. Potential offerors are requested to obtain the solicitation from the Internet if at all possible. Alternatively, a hard copy of the solicitation documents may be requested via fax at 907.228.6254. Fax requests should reference solicitation AG-0116-S-05-0016 Telephone requests will not be honored. Offers will be due approximately 30 calendar days after the solicitation issue date. AUTOMATIC NOTIFICATION: By registering to receive notification on posted synopses, you will be automatically notified via email of any changes to the project. To register, select Register to Receive Notification and follow the steps. Follow the same procedure for EACH project. PLAN HOLDERS LISTS: The Interested Vendors List (IVL) has replaced the plan Holders Lists that was previously available with solicitation packages. Follow this procedure for EACH project of interest.
