Description

THIS PROJECT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING AND PRINTING IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS. The project consists of obliterating two camp spurs and sections of existing roadway; constructing two camp spurs and widening spurs and roadways where necessary; placing aggregate base course and hot-mix pavement on all roads, spurs, trails and parking areas; constructing family units including removing and replacing picnic tables and fire rings; constructing concrete pads and asphalt trails for handpumps; installing rock barriers; and constructing concrete dumpster pads. Option items include: retrofitting handpumps; constructing family units with tables and fire rings; constructing tent pads; and importing and planting trees with a tree spade. The project is located in Section 20, Township 11 N, Range 14 E on the Sawtooth National Forest in the Sawtooth National Recreation Area. The project site can be reached from Stanley, Idaho by proceeding northeast on Highway 75 for approximately 6.5 miles. Mormon Bend Campground is located on the south side of the highway. NAICS code is 237990. Size Standard $28.5 Million. Estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
