Description: The Natural Resources Conservation Service in Alaska has a requirement for several land appraisals within Alaska. The specific areas in which these are required are Kenai, Homer and the Mat-Su Borough in Alaska prior to July 15, 2005. All areas are within a 4 hour flight within the State. Appraisals are needed on private lands and sites differ in acreage that need to be appraised in accordance with the Grassland Reserve Program requirements.
