Description: The VA Medical Center, Leeds, MA is seeking the services of a Urologist to provide consults on new patents, follow-up visits, Prostate/Bladder Biopsies and Cystoscopies for four (4) half day clinics per week at VA Medical Center, Leeds MA and Springfield Outpatient Clinic, Springfield MA. The Physician shall be licensed in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States and preferably Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology. Note: This is a Small business Set-aside. Solicitation package should be available on the BOS on or around 7/1/05.
