This modifies the sources and the quantities on the following synopsis. The sources are now as follows: Optical Coating Laboratory, Inc., 2789 Northpoint Parkway, Santa Rosa, CA 95407-7397 (Cage code 11536), Litton Systems, Inc., DBA Electro-Optic al Systems, 3414 Herrmann Drive, Garland, TX 75041-6134 (Cage Code 2777), Exotic Materials, Inc., 2968 Randolph Ave., Costa Mesa, CA 92622 (Cage code 22669) and Raytheon Canada Limited DBA Elcan Optical Technologies, 450 Leitz Rd., Midland Ontario Canada L4R 5B8 (cage code 36126). The current known quantity is 206 and a possible total qty of 1071. The current known quantity for this item is 869 each. This acquisition covers potential requirements for three (3) years for a tot al maximum quantity of 2406. Orders will be issued one or more times as requirements materialize. However, this does not preclude the Government from ordering the maximum quantity at any time during the requirements period. Destination to be furnis hed. Contractor Tested First Articl e is Required. Delivery schedule 245 days after contract award. Offerors must be approved and qualified.
