Description
This acquisition consists of furnishing all materials, labor, supervision and performance necessary to remove and replace handicap ramp/stairs and site improvements on streets to meet code compliance at Cottonwood Day School, Cottonwood, Arizona. Estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This is a full and open competition acquisition, set-aside for small business. The construction policies of FAR Part 36 will be used in conjunction with the negotiation procedures of FAR Part 15. Offers will be evaluated on a best value basis, and a firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. Interested firms are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Interested firms are requested to submit a written request to obtain the solicitation package either by mail or by facsimile, Fax No. (505) 863-8382, Attention: Lynelle Benallie. Telephone requests to obtain the solicitation package will not be accepted. Technical inquiries must be submitted in writing ten (10) days before the closing date. A total of 25 solicitation packages will be available for mailing. Request for Proposals are due at the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Division of Acquisition, 301 West Hill, Room No. 346, Gallup, New Mexico 87301, by 4:30pm (local time) close of business, July 29, 2005.
