Description

Furnish all labor and materials to construct a 925 square foot new storage building, to be a pole barn type building with perimeter concrete piers, concrete floor slab, overhead doors, & a personnel door in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings located at Boyer Chute National Wildlife Refuge, Washington, Nebraska. Performance period is 90 days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range is between $25,000 to $100,000. This solicitation will be issued on or about June 28, 2005 with a closing date of July 19, 2005. The solicitation will be available through the Government Point Entry (GPE). Parties that are unable to access the GPE, shall fax request for the solicitation to 303/236-4791, Attention: Cathleen DeBerry. Please include solicitation number, your company name, address, telephone number, contact name, and fax number. This acquisition is open to both large and small business. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Effective October 1, 2003, all contractor must be registeredon the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website is an active vendor in order to eligible for an award.
