- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City, Florida, (NSWC-PC) intends to award a sole source contract To Motion Control Systems (MCS), Inc. 6701 Viscoe Road, New River, Virginia for the repair of a Swimmer Delivery Vehicle (SDV) motor. MCS will perform those test, inspection, and repair actions necessary to return the motor to full operational status. The motor and controller assemblies incorporate design elements that are proprietary to MCS. The Government does not possess the data rights necessary to permit any other contractor to make the repairs. SBA Size Standard is $6.0M
