Description: The Naval Air Depot, MCAS, Cherry Point, NC has submitted a requirement for the design and manufacture of anode/cathode fixtures required for and the application of Allison Electrophoretic Process (AEP) coating to various aircraft engine components. The fixtures must be compatible with the Depot?s existing auotmated AEP Coating System. It is the intent of the government to solicit ACME, Inc., 240 South Production Drive, Avon, IN on a sole source basis. ACME designed, manufactured and installed the exisitng AEP coating system and maintains the proprietary data rights and drawings for the exisitng system and related fixtures. See numbered notes 22 and 26.
