GSA MULTIPLE AWARD SCHEDULE SOLICITATION. The General Products Acquisition Center, Fort Worth, TX, is issuing a refreshed solicitation effective 4/19/05 electronically only. Interested parties may access the solicitation at: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation files. Search using Solicitation Number 7FCM-M5-03-0078-B (include the dashes). The Schedule/Solicitation is entitled Schedule 078 -- Sports, Promotional, Outdoor, Recreational, Trophies and Signs (SPORTS), including but not limited to FSC Groups 78 & 23 - Fun In the Great Outdoors, including Park and Outdoor Recreational Equipment and Wheel and Track Vehicles; FSC Group 78 - Sports and More, including Athletic and Recreational Equipment; Clothing and Footwear; Crafts and Hobbies; Toys and Preschool Aides; and Theatrical Equipment and Supplies; FSC Group 99 -- Signs and Safety Zone Products, including Signs; Sign Making Systems; Barricades/Barriers; Reflectors; Traffic Signals; Pavement Marking Products, etc.; FSC Group 99 -- Trophies; Awards; Presentation; Promotional Products; Briefcases and Carrying Cases; Trade Show Display & Exhibit Systems, etc. Solicitation Number 7FCM-M5-03-0078-B is a consolidation of prior standing solicitations for: 23 I, Wheel & Track Vehicles; 78 I A, Athletic Clothing & Recreational Equipment; 78 I C, Park & Outdoor Recreational Equipment; 99 IV, Signs & Display Systems; 99 VI A, Trophies, Awards & Promotional Items. The Basic Solicitation includes clauses, which are applicable to the solicitation/resultant contract. The Basic Solicitation includes clauses, which are applicable to the solicitation/resultant contract. The basic solicitation has 11 attachments. Attachments 1-4 are product/services attachments; Attachment 05 addresses small business subcontracting plan; Attachment 06 addresses commercial services subject to the Service Contract Act; Attachment 07 contains full text of clauses incorporated by reference; Attachment 08 contains information, to be used after contract award, for modifications to add items or to request EPAs; Attachment 09 contains information for modifications to add overseas delivery to existing contracts; Attachment 10 is used to exercise the option to extend the term of a current contract, and Attachment 11 addresses Leasing and Rental services. Offers must complete and return the basic solicitation and all attachments applicable to the product/services, which they intend to offer. Attachment 07 should not be returned. This is a standing solicitation with no closing date for receipt of offers. This solicitation will remain in effect until it is replaced by a refreshed solicitation. The Federal Supply Schedule period is continuous, and will contain contracts with periods that commence on the date of award (DOA) and expire five years (exclusive of any options) from the DOA unless further extended pursuant to any option to extend the term of the contract, or cancelled sooner. This solicitation contains an option clause, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (Evergreen), which allows the Government to extend the contract three additional five-year periods, not to exceed a total of twenty years. All contracts will be indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts with a $2500 guaranteed minimum for the contract period. All contracts to be awarded include Industrial Funding provisions. The Trade Agreements clause applies to this solicitation. Small Business Set-Aside provisions will be addressed in the individual product/services attachments to the solicitation.
