This solicitation will include an option to increase the quantity up to 100%. FOB is at Destination. Destination inspection is required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be set-aside for small business, other than full and open competition procedures. Delivery is 68 days ARO. This is a non-critical application item.
