Description
DESCRIPTION: The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 15,880 Rentable Square Feet which will yield approximately 13,809 BOMA (Usable) Square Feet of Office, to be used by the SSA, Honolulu, HI. Space must be located within the following delineated area on either side of the street: North - Waianuenue Avenue; Northeast - Kinoole Street, Lanikaula Street; East - Railroad Avenue; South - West Kawailani Street; West - Komohana Street. LEASE TERM: 12 years, 10 years firm. Occupancy is desired as soon as possible but not later than August 31, 2006. REQUIRED: First Class Space in a quality building which meets or is capable of meeting the Government's requirements to include seismic safety, handicapped access, flood plain, and access to public transportation is solicited. First floor space is highly desirable, second floor and above space is acceptable. Expressions of interest should include all of the following: 1) Building name and address; 2) Usable and Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square feet; 3) Method of measurement used to determine rentable square footage; and 4) Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor if applicable. Proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
