- Classification Code: 12 Fire Control Equipment. NAICS code 532412 Construction, Mining, and Forestry machinery and equipment rental and leasing. Bureau of Land Management, California State Office has a requirement for water tenders at three separate locations. Surprise and Alturas to be awarded on or about July 1, 2005, and Eagle Lake will be awarded at the discretion of the Government approximately August 1, 2005 if needed. Contractor shall provide a Water Tender fully operational and maintained to meet the minimum requirements, as specified. Contractor agrees to provide such services, subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, to the extent he/she is able and willing to furnish as request by the Government. Equipment described herein will be used for the purpose of availability for fire suppression activities. While on standby, equipment and operator shall not be used for any other purpose. Interested parties shall complete the Request for Quotation (RFQ) BAQ050017 at the website: http://ideasec.nbc/gov/. No paper copies will be distributed. Quotes due by June 30, 2005.
