- This acquisition is for purchase of NSN 3040-00-649-8222GA, P/N 204-010-404-3, Noun: Collar Shaft, applicable to the UH-1 aircraft. This requirement is for a quantity of 18 EA Basic Period: 1 EA First Article, 17 EA Production Qty; 1-50 EA 1st Option year; 1-50 EA 2nd Option year. Destination: Robins AFB GA 31098; Delivery: August 2005 (First Article); October 2005 (Production Qty). The Government does NOT own a complete technical data package; however, there are three known sources of supply. Reference Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The known sources of supply are Bell Helicopter (CAGE 97499), R.E. Dye Manufacturing Corporation (CAGE 95737), and Euless Aero Components (CAGE 52743). A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated.
