- Description
- The Contractor shall provide all labor & material to perform the removal and disposal of existing roof-parapet caps, installation of new caps, and any related materials/components. Contractor shall have the sole responsibility for the accuracy of all measurements, material quantities and sizes to replace all 24 gauge coping on the roof area; contractor will clean and prepare walls above surface mounted counter flashing, install tucker flashing, etc. Remove old, dry-rotted wall caulking and install new weatherproofed calking on ASRS walls. All chemicals, products and by-products used in conjunction with this contract shall meet all OSHA, EPA and regulations, as well any applicable local directives. The government requires a minimum of 3 inches overlap for Flashing/Coping.
