- The purpose of this solicitation is to resurface, with course aggregate stone, cemetery access roads isolated by Fontana Lake in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Swain County North Carolina. The work also includes minor installations of earthwork geo-textile to stabilize roadway and construction of small gabion retaining wall to replace deteriorated log retaining wall. The bid package will be available for download at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about June 17, 2005. The estimated price range for this procurement is $200,000 - $400,000. This procurement is subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations. Responses will be due 30 days following issuance of the solicitation, individual request for solicitation packages will not be accepted.
