- Description
- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood the FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopses and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to purchase on a sole source basis, 1 each, Model IIe 4000 Closed Loop Temperature Controlled Recirculating Water Cooling System for Shaker and Amplifier, from Unholtz Dickie Corporation, 6 Brookside Drive, Wallingford, CT 06492. The Shaker and Power Amplifier make up Vibration System TA660W-400, which was designed and built by Unholtz Dickie. All equipment is proprietary. Delivery is required within 180 days ARO. The purchase orde! r shall be a firm fixed price. The synopsis number is N00178-05-Q-1193. The NAICS Code is 334519 with a size standard of 500 employees. FOB Destination shall apply. This procurement will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested parties must be able to demonstrate in writing their capability to provide this item in accordance with the above description by 1 July 2005 at 2:00 pm (EST).
