Description

Annual requirement for preventive and remedial maintenance for Phillips Medical Systems X-Ray equipment in support of: U.S. Naval Hospital Yokosuka; Branch Medical Clinic Atsugi; Camp Fuji Medical Annex; Branch Medical Clinic Iwakuni; Branch Medical Clinic Sasebo; Branch Medical Clinic Sasebo Hario Annex. The model numbers involved are: MTX3100, MTX380, RADVIEW 65, and SYNERGEN RAD. Period of performance is from 01 Oct 2005 through 30 Sep 2006. Two one-year option periods may be included. Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials and transportation necessary to perform this requirement. Contractor must be certified by the manufacturer as qualified to perform maintenance service on this equipment. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Phillips Medical Systems Inc.,595 Miner Road, Cleveland, OH 44143. Therefore, this notice is published for informational purposes only. FOB destination: Japan. Written requests may be emailed to joseph.lownik@navy.mil. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by FISCPS.This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil.
