- This solicitation is 100% SET ASIDE for Small Business. The National Data Buoy Center requires the fabrication of pressure housings, buoy parts, and bottom pressure recorder (BPR) parts to support the Deep-ocean Assessment and Reporting of Tsunamis (DART) program. There are two contract line items (CLINs) listed in this solicitation. Each CLIN has a specification and set of drawings to fabricate all the required items needed as a kit. The solicitation requires delivery of ten (10) complete kits under each CLIN. The Government has listed desired delivery dates as a guide only. Each quote must state the delivery schedule for the kits. The specifications and drawings are available to download on this web site. All quotes shall be Firm-Fixed Price and FOB Destination. The NAICS Code for the solicitation is 332313 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. All quotes must be submited no later than 4:00pm central on Friday, July 1, 2005. Quotes may be submitted via mail, e-mail, or fax. The contact information is listed below.
