- PR YPG05099000843, NSN 1650-01-129-3669, Coupling Assembly, IAW Sikorsky Aircraft Corp, cage 78286, DWG# S6165-20583 Rev "L" dtd 10 Aug 78, p/n S6165-20583-041. There is a government first article requirement on 2 each. Soliciting for a definite quantity contract for 79 each. Item is configuration and export controlled. 100% Service Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business set-aside, fully open and competitive, FOB Desintation, I/A origin, 120 days for the FAT, 235 days after first article approval for the production quantities. An "export control" TDP exists for this NSN. The TDP will only be released to export control certified requestors. Eligible requestors should submit TDP requests via the following swebsite: https://ric1s-c025.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. If export conrrol certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data AGreement, from Defense Logistics Servies Center, www.dlis.dla.mil. A copy of the solicition will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the Gateway homepage, select "Search RFPs from the left-hand sidebar. The choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated solicitation issue date is July 6, 2005.
