- The United States Army Communications and Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to award a five (5) year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract for the procurement of Control, Remo te Switching, NSN: 6110-01-133-6506 in accordance with drawing number 13221E9111. Items on the contract will be ordered by individual delivery orders. Each delivery order will set forth all requirements, delivery schedule, shipping instructions and the a pplicable price. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a small size standard of 500 employees for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 335931. The Solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the Solicitation number assigned is W15P7T-05-Q-F828. The delivery schedule shall begin 150 days after contract award. Early delivery at no additional cost to the Government is encouraged. The items will be shipped to the New Cumberland Facility, New Cumberland, PA and other locations designated by order. The shipments are to be FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance FOB Source. Packaging shall be in accordance with ASTM D 3951-98, Standard Practice for Commercial Packaging, Level of Preservation: Commercial. Al so, the solicitation will be posted on the Interactive Opportunities Web Page (IBOP) on or about 5 July 2005. Drawings will be posted to the IBOP with the solicitation. Submission of quotes will be due on or about 4 Aug 2005. Please refer to the solicit ation for additional details. See numbered Note 26. The US Army C-E LCMC has established the IBOP website as part of the Armys Single Face to Industry, to allow electronic posting of Solicitations for Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotes (RFQs), and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from C-E LCMC to Industry.
