Any questions regarding this solicitation should be addressed to: Paul Daneker at paul.r.daneker@usace.army.mil. Under the authority FAR 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) or 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), the Army Corps of Engineers, Environmental Management Bra nch (CENWS PM-EM), Seattle, WA 98124-3755, intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract for acquisition of one (1) each Hydromation Model FDB-7P Deep Bed Filtration System, for Wyckoff Superfund Site, Bainbridge Island, Washington. The intended supplier is Filtra-Systems Company, 23900 Haggerty Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48335. See Numbered Note 22. While this presolicitation notice is advisory only, any responsible source may submit a response to this notice that will be considered by the acq uiring agency.
