- Description
- Arapaho/Roosevelt National Forest. Clear Creek Ranger District. Mount Goliath Nature Center Parking Lot Construction. Project is located along Colorado State Highway 5, approx. 17 miles south of Idaho Springs, Colorado. Major work includes site grading/site work, borrow material, aggregate base, hot bituminous pavement, obliteration of existing asphalt, striping, furnish and install barrier rocks, native stone rock retaining walls, concrete sidewalk, signs, bike racks, trash receptacle(s),erosion control. Project is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Prebid Mtg: July 12. Mtg begines at 1030 AM at the Clear Creek Ranger District, 101 Chicago Creek Road, Idaho Springs, CO. We will proceed to worksite from there. Contractors must bring their own transport. Be advised there is a $10/vehicle fee to access the site.
