- This synopsis is hereby modified to read: The Government requires repair of two (2) 100KW, 150HP 400/60 HZ Kato Generators, model number K266230000, serial numbers 14999-01 and 14999-02, respectively. Award will be made on best value determination. This acquisition is unrestricted. The solicitation number for this procurement is N00189-05-T-0331 and will be released on or about 15 June 2005. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ The Government requires repair of two (2) 100KW, 150HP 400/60 HZ Kato Generators, model number K266230000, serial numbers 14999-01 and 14999-02, respectively. Offeror(s) are required to participate/attend site visit in Norfolk, Virginia on 21 June 2005 at 9:00 a.m. EST to inspect each generator. Offeror(s) are required to provide condition reports, which will become its statement of work. Award will be made on best value determination. This acquisition is unrestricted. The solicitation number for this procurement is N00189-05-T-0331 and will be released on or about 15 June 2005. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil and http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This office no longer issues hardcopy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the offeror will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. By submission of a proposal, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
