Description
AMENDMENT: RFP HAS BEEN CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRETY. PR No. FPG05041000312: This solicitation will contain 1 NSN 1560-01-248-6439 for a Parts Kit, Installation. AMSC 1G. An “Export Control” technical data package (TDP) is available for this NSN. Technical data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by the Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via internet, http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. If certification is required, request a DD Form 2345 from the Defense Logistics Services Center, http://www.dlis.dla.mil. FOB Destination with I/A Origin. Requested Delivery is 126 DARO. First Article Government Testing required. Sample size 2 EA. If approved will not be returned to the contractor. 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The quantity is 42 each. QAP 008. The solicitation is issued to establish a Definite Quantity Contract Base Year with provisions for a 100% quantity option. Configuration Control and Critical Application Item apply. The final contracting award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. You must fill out a complete solicitation package in order to be evaluated. A letter offer is not acceptable unless you are quoting IAW a BOA. EBB quotations are not acceptable. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216-20/home on the issue date cited. From the Gateway homepage, left-hand sidebar, select “Search RFPs”. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The anticipated issue date is July 6, 2005.
