- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has a requirement for Laboratory testing for Pertussis. The Request for Quotation number 2005-Q-02107 shall be uploaded within 24 hours of this posting. Questions regarding the RFQ shall be sumitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. Questions are due by June 25, 2005. Once the questions are submitted and answered they will be posted at this location for all to veiw. Quotations are to be mailed to the Contracting Officer to the address listed above. You may email questions to: gmorgan1@cdc.gov, referencing the RFQ number 2005-Q-02107. This is a small business set aside and all vendors wishing to provide a quotation must be registered in the Central Contracting Registry before being considered for award.
