- Description
- The USDA, Federal Grain Inspection Services (FGIS), Technical Center, Kansas City, MO intends to issue a sole source contract to Perten Instruments 6444 S 6th Street Road – Springfield IL 62707. The procurement is for a Mixolab System, brand name or equal, for the rheological and enzymatic analysis of flour and meal. The contract will be a firm fixed price, FOB destination and is being handled as commercial item procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12. The Government intends to solicit with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Numbered Note 22 applies. NAICS Code 334516 Size standard is 500 employees.
