Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and all qualified responsible business sources may submit a quote. The performance period is comprised of a one (1) year Base Period and three (3) successive one (1) year Option Periods. The requirement is for on site service and maintenance and service only of computer graphic equipment located on the 6th floor, Building 67, in the Denver Federal Center (DFC), Denver CO 80225. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) is 05SQ810442 [available electronically on the Department of Interior (DOI), National Business Center (NBC) website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov] contains a Statement of Work (SOW) with specific times and details on the equipment to be maintained and/or serviced. The following provisions are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-1- Instructions to offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-2 - Evaluation -Commercial Items. The Government intends to make a best value buy to responsible offer whose offer is the most advantageous to thegovernment. Evaluation criteria include vendor's qualifications, experience and price. Each response must include the current phone number and address of three (3) references who can comment authoritatively on Offeror's performance. Responses should include the following: (a) the firm's business size [small business, other than small business] in accordance with the size standard of $21Million for North American Classification System (NAICS) Code 811212; (b) the firm's Dun and Bradstreet number (DUNS), Tax Identification Number (TIN); (c) a statement that Offeror is or is not registered in ORCA [Online Representations and Certifications Application] as required by FAR beginning January 1, 2005. This may represent the only official notice of such a solicitation.
