Description

The US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), 8825 Beulah Street, Fort Belvoir, VA announces its intentions to award a Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) - Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) term type contract based on solicitation numb er W911W4-05-R-0003 to acquire Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) and Management support for Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA), Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS), G-2, and U.S. INSCOM. This requirement is anticipated to have one base year with a period of performance of October 1, 2005  September 30, 2006 and four (4) one year options. The solicitation is available on INSCOMS INTERNET WEB SITE AT: http://www.inscom.army.mil/contracting/. To access go to Solicitations and then click: SETA Request for Proposals. Interested parties are responsible for checking the website for release of the RFP and for other procurement-related documents. A HARD COPY RFP WILL NOT BE ISSUED for this requirement. The Government anticipates issuing one award resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation offers the BEST VALUE to the Government, price and other factors considered. Proposals shall be received at USAINSCOM-Metro Park, ATTN: IAPC-DO C (MR. TREMAYNE W. TERRY), 6359 WALKER LN, 3RD FLOOR/SECURITY OFFICE, ALEXANDRIA, VA 22310, by hard copy, no later than 3:00 PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME, July 19, 2005. Since ALL procurement-related documents will be released via the Internet. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
