Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotations RFQ. We have a requirement for a Clean Earth Environmental Group Vac/All Catch Basin cleaner or equal. The salient characteristics of the cleaner are found on our web page (http://www.wsmr.army.mil/DOCPAGE/pages/sol_stat.htm). The Catch Basin cleaner must be mounted on a single axle truck chassis with the minimum specifications also found on our web page (http://www.wsmr.army.mil/DOCPAGE/pages/sol_stat.htm). Included in the RFQ is a FOB desitnation to Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. Payment for this ite m will be paid for with a Government Purchase Card (GPC) under Net 30 Terms. Interested parties must respond with quotations by 3:00pm MST 22 June 2005 and should be submitted electronically or by fax. Award will be based on the technically acceptable lo w price. The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04 effective 08 June 2005. The NAICs is 423810 with small business size standard of 500 employees. The following FAR provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Cert ifications Commercial Items. FAR Clauses 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implementing Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items. (52.203-6 Alternate I, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 5 2.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-36) DFAR Clauses 252.212-7001 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items. Quotations shall include firm fixed price FOB Holloman Air Force Base, certifications and representati ons required by 52.212-3 and 252.212-7000, a specification for the Catch Basin Cleaner if other than Clean Earth Environmental Group Vac/All is proposed and specification sheet for the truck chassis.
