- Provide two grain bins, Wheatland Bin, Model GM3000 Hopper Bottom Bin, or equal, with the following salient characteristics: 1) Minimum of 3000-bushel and a maximum of 3500-bushel capacity. 2) Minimum 40-degree slope cone bottom. 3) Maximum of a 16 ft diameter (OD). 4) Not exceed 30 ft above pad level. 5) Minimum of 8 support legs that will be bolted directly to the cement. 6) Is smooth wall, all welded fully weatherproof steel gauge must meet weight loads. 7) Be painted both inside and outside with a rust inhibiting primer paint. 8) Be painted with epoxy paint on the inside and enamel paint on the outside. 9) Will be a 6-in auger (with boot) extending out from bin 10 ft, 14 ft off the ground, with a 2 ft drop shoot extension. 10) Have an outside ladder attached reaching to the top lid. 11) A round manhole located near the top of the ladder. 12) 20-in minimum loading hole on the top of the bin. 13) A 22-in spring-loaded remote lid opener. 14) An 8-in pail chute located 24 inches above the bottom gate 15) The bottom gate is a Rack and Pinion slide gate with nylon corrosion proof rollers. Bins shall have pneumatic anti-briding device (for example, Vibratek Model VUR-820D). Include transportation and installation costs in your quote. OPTION: Two additional grain bins, same as above. This option will be exercised no later than 90 days from the award of the basic purchase order.
