Naics-339111 Class Code ? 6640 This is a combined/synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquistion Regulations (FAR) Sub part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. There will be no written request for quotation issued. Offerors responding to this announcement shall include a completed copy of provision 52.212-3- Offeror Representations and Certification; Commercial Items. An authorized representative of the offeror must sign these Representations and Certifications. The offeror shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database and shall provide its Tax Identification Number. This procurement action is set aside for small business concerns, however all interested parties may submit a quote. In the event of insufficient small business concerns, quotes shall be evaluated from large business. The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System has identified a need to purchase A Laboratory Robotics System (used or refurbished) for use in our Research Department.
