- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Quotes are due to the 55th Contracting Squadron no later than 4pm (CST) Tuesday, 5 July 2005. Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail in a Word, Excel, or PDF format to joseph.hannasch@offutt.af.mil or faxed to (402) 294-7280. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-03. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 551120 and small business size standard is $21 million. The government intends to issue a purchase order for the items set forth below, subject to the availability of funds. Item 01: COGNOS Corporation Services consulting and education coupons. Qty: 386 each Vendor shall include any relevent bulk quantity pricing information. CONTRACTOR MUST BE REGISTERED IN CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (www.ccr.gov) AND HAVE A CURRENT PROFILE IN THE ONLINE REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS (http://orca.bpn.gov/) PRIOR TO AWARD. PARTIAL QUOTES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED, however the government intends to award a single contract, yet reserves the right to award multiple contracts if deemed in the best interest of the government.
