Description

The 42d Services Division, Maxwell AFB, AL is interested in the ground up construction of a bowling center. Contractor will furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete the construction of a 10- lane bowling center w/signature brand operation, reference plans and specifications are finalized. Additionally, contractor will purchase and install bowling center materials and equipment to support 10-lane bowling operation to include pinsetters, ball returns, lanes, foul system, spare parts, tools, training and masking units. AMF will be brand of choice. Neither the utilities nor the scoring system are to be included in this contract. The period of performance will be: 1 Oct 05 and end 2 Oct 06. Performance will be at Maxwell AFB, Gunter Annex AL. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract for a one-year period. Please note the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and Size Standard for the requirement identified in this announcement. The NAICS Code is 713950 and there is no size standard. This requirement is to provide all services outlined above.
