Description

DESC: MK 19 Gun Chargers: Right Gun Charger, NSN: 1010-01-129-1233, Part Number 3269408 and Left Gun Charger, NSN: 1010-01-129-1247, Part Number 3269409. The items to procure are Gun Charger (NSN: 1010-01-129-1233) and Gun Charger, GUN (NSN: 101 0-01-129-1247) END ITEM IS MK19 MOD3 40MM MACHINE GUN, SLIDE CHARGER, R.H and L.H. ARM, R.H. and L.H. CHARGER HOUSING, LOCK PLUNGER, CHARGER LOCK, HANDLE, HANDLE ASSY, HARDWARE, INVESTMENT CASTINGS, HEAT TREAT, MAGNETIC PARTICLE INSPECTION, PHOSPHATE COA TING AND WELDING. This solicitation will result in an award of a 5-Year Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity Contract for the Right and Left Gun Charger for use on the MK19 40mm Grenade Machine Gun. The Minimum Guaranteed requirements are for the R ight Gun Charger is 400 each and 350 for the Left Gun Charger. FOB is Destination. Estimated issue date is 15 Jul 2005. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. V endors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendm ents thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of it. Proposed con tract is 100% small business set-aside. All or a part of this action is an unfunded FY05 requirement.
