Description

SEE MARKET SURVEY FOR SERVICE LIFE EXTENSION PROGRAM - U.S. ARMY FLEET OF CATERPILLAR EQUIPMENT. SEE MARKET SURVEY AT HTTP://CONTRACTING.TACOM.ARMY.MIL/SSN/SOURCES.HTM. POINT OF CONTACT: CORDELLJ@TACOM.ARMY.MIL. EQUIPMENT INCLUDES: D7G,D7F AND D5 B DOZERS, 621B SCRAPER, 130G GRADER, 950B LOADER, 613B WATER DISTRIBUTOR/SCRAPER, 613C AIRBORNE SCRAPER AND RTCH. The purpose of the survey is to evaluate the capability of the OEM or other qualified equipment rebuilders to refurbish, upgrad and support th is equipment to satisfy the US ARMY requirement for another lifecycle of 15-20 years. Target equipment has modification done for the Army to comply with mission requirements such as CARC paint, rifle racks, slinging/tiedowns, military technical manuals an d compability with military fuel/lubes. The rebuilt equipment must conform to all Federal laws and regulations governing saftey, pollution, and off-road engine emission requirements. Please answer all the questions applicable to your products and capabili ty. Any supplemental inforamtion concerning performance, human factors, engineering/safety, reliability, maintainability of your product/service or any other literature concerning your company is useful in this survey.
