17. ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISTION SHOULD BE DIRECTED to TED ARTERBERRY Contracting Officer AMSAM-AC-LS-A, NSN: 1560-01-456-1432, P/N: 7-311150146-19, PRON: AX5F5536AX, Quantity: 25 each applicable to AH-64 Apache Helicopter with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. This item is restricted to McDonnell Douglas Cage 8V613. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 25 each 189 Days After contract Award (DACA). Adequate technical data is not available f or this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements.
