- Description
- This pre-solicitation and solicitation synopsis is for a construction contract for the renovation and upgrade of Bldg 4, Bay 3, at Tobyhanna Army Depot. Work to include, but is not limited to: demolition of existing fire doors, floor covering, ceilin g and wall finishes, mechanical and electrical lighting circuitry and power distribution; asbestos material abatement; provide new mechanical system and electrical upgrades to the lighting, emergency lighting, power and fire alarm systems; install: new foo d serving line with a combination of new and re-used equipment; a CMU wall enclosure; new acoustical tile ceiling; enclose part of existing rear dock; provide new fire doors and upgrade for fire protection system; and incidental related work. Estimated mag nitude is between $1 Million - $5 Million. NAICS is 236210(Industrial Building Construction), average annual receipts $28.5 million. Solicitation number W25G1V-05-B-0005 applies. This solicitation, including specifications and drawings, will be issued elec tronically only. Any amendments will also be issued electronically only. No paper or disk will be available. Issue is in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102(d), and 14.205-1(a). Failure to obtain amendments and/or acknowledge amendments by the time set for bid open ing may result in rejection of your bid. Due to the use of electronic solicitation, the Government is unable to maintain a bidders mailing list.
