- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811213. The Contractor shall work with the Government to maintain, repair, and replace parts as required to the Galveston District telephony systems which includes the following locations in Texas: Galveston, Houston, Corpus Chri sti, Wallisville, Port Arthur and Brownsville. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary equipment, labor, and materials to accomplish the work in accordance with the Statement of Work. FOB is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance will be at destinati on. Performance period is one year. Warranty inspection is in accordance with specification warranty clause. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (NO PAPER COP IES). The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the base year with four one year option periods as a result of this announcement. Offerors are reminded to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3 and 252.212.7000; Clau se 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders - Commercial Items; Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; Clause 52.212 -2, Evaluation Commercial Items will be based on the award criteria listed in the Evaluation Criteria in Addendum 2.
