Description: Western Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for two each Virtual Reality Ophthalmic Surgery Simulators including platform hardware, vitreo-retinal surgery interface package, vitreo-retinal basic skills package, vitreo-retinal epiretinal mem brane module with six different levels of difficulty. The RFQ W91YU0-05-T-0036 will be available on ASFI on or about 7 July 2005 with a closing date of 14 April 2005. This RFQ is being issued using Simplified Acquisition procedures (SAP). Per DFARS 25.2 04-7004, Central Contractor Registration is mandatory for all contractors in order to receive award of a contract or order.
