Description

Furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct fourteen (14) pits to include clearing, grubbing, excavating, embankment development, and core trenching for the construction of earth dams and pits. Work will include mobilization and common excavation of approximately 49,346 cubic yards. Work under this contract is located in Phillips County, Montana, (map to be included in the solicitation). The contractor will have 215 days to complete this project after Notice to Proceed is officially issued. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100 percent Payment Protection is required for contracts greater than $25,000. This documentation will be due prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed and can be submitted by an Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit, or Payment Bond. This is a 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. Contractors receiving this award must be registered in Central Contractor Registration at www.ccr.gov. It is also recommended that propective vendors complete their annual representations and certifications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. The SOLICITATION for this project WILL BE POSTED at http/ideasec.nbc.gov ON OR ABOUT July 18, 2005. NO hard copies will be sent out by this office.
