- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with AAI Corporation for the JSECST Lot IV production acquisition of 18 Joint Service Electronic Combat Systems Testers (JSECST), Part Number 37534-40001-20, with options for 20 additional units; 2 Laboratory JSECST units, Part Number 38598-40000-20 with options for 4 additional units; and 3 sets of spare parts with options for 2 more sets for JSECST for the US Navy, US Air Force, US Army, and FMS. Responses should reference Solicitation N68335-05-R-0115. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. The solicitation will Not appear on the NAVAIR HOME PAGE, but will be mailed directly to the Original Equipment Manufacturer. If you feel you are interested and have the capability in this area you may contact the Contract Specialist to indicate your intersest. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
