- The Customs and Border Protection, Office of Anti-Terrorism (OAT) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to General Dynamics to implement a virtual office environment supported by the U.S. Coast Guard?s (USCG) ePMO software in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The objectives of OAT?s investment are to configure and implement USCG ePMO software suite and provide active content management. The software shall be configured to support evolving office management processes. The contractor shall functionally and technically maintain the ePMO environment on the USCG OSC server(s) initially, then migrate the environment to Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/CBP-owned servers. The contractor shall maintain online help and an online training curriculum that is consistent with the processes developed. The contractor shall build real-time reports that can be generated by end-users. The period of performance shall be for six (6) months. The evaluation criteria are as follows: Evidence of experience configuring ePMO software. Evidence of successfully implementing ePMO software. Evidence of maintaining an ePMO environment. All responsible sources that can provide the above requirements must demonstrate their capabilities in writing no later than 5 days after the published date of this announcement. All quotes shall include point of contact (name and telephone number), GSA Contract Number, if applicable, business size, and payment terms. No written solicitations will be issued for this requirement; therefore such request will be considered non-responsive. Offerors may submit capabilities by facsimile, mail, or e-mail. Responses over 10 pages in total will only be accepted by mail or e-mail. Award will be based on the most advantageous offer to the Government, price and other factors considered.
